Meet the Pro
Tim Boscarino, Head Professional
I grew up in East Granby and started playing golf in the junior camps right here at Copper Hill under the tutelage of Paul Banks! I grew to love the game working at the range, assisting with camps and competing in many junior PGA events in CT and MA. I was also on the golf team at East Granby High School for four years.
In college, I decided to pursue a degree in business and golf management enrolling in the PGM Program at Coastal Carolina University (CCU). I graduated with a degree allowing me to pursue a career in the golf business.
During college, I completed internships in CT at Gillette Ridge, Tower Ridge, and Copper Hill, as well as an internship in PA at Jericho National. While attending CCU, I was employed at River Hills Golf Course in Myrtle Beach, SC. Upon graduation, I accepted a position at Jericho National Golf Club. Additionally I was employed as the Golf Professional at Dick Sporting Goods. During my ten year stay at Jericho National, I taught lessons, organized and ran golf tournaments, and merchandised the pro shop.
I am excited to return to Copper Hill where I began my love of golf. I look forward to teaching players of all abilities and growing the game of golf.

GET GOLF READY – a specially designed course to introduce new or returning players to the game, including 5 playing experiences on the course, in just 5 days over 5 weeks! Half of each night takes place at the golf academy, half takes place on the golf course. Participants are automatically eligible to play in the Copper Hill beginners league.

Multi-Lesson Packages
3 Lesson Mini Series
A total of 3 forty-five minute lessons, video included. The format of the Mini Series can be easily customized, but will generally begin with an analysis and a lesson plan in the first lesson. Copper Hill staff and the student will determine the proper course of action, but instruction can cover putting, chipping, pitching, bunker, club fitting, rules, etiquette, full swing and fitness.

4 Lesson Instruction Series
A total of 4 forty-five minute lessons, video included as necessary. Customizable and can be fit to any player. Can be modified to include time on the golf course.
